How To Order Leopard Geckos
It is best to send an e-mail first to start the order process. You can call us anytime during regular business hours in the office at (209) 827-3584 or by cell at (209) 675-3763 Pacific Time, but you will likely get voicemail. We will call you back as soon as we can, but realize it may take several hours to get back depending on airport trips, feedings, moving animals, etc...
We respond to e-mails usually three times a day, and e-mails create a record of all communications and transactions. E-mails are the preferred form of communication. Please include your name and phone number on any e-mail where a call back will be required. We try to update our web-pages as often as we can, but our animals generally sell quickly.
Our policy for sales is first-come first-served. After we receive an e-mail inquiry, we will either call you or send you an e-mail stating the availability of the animal you are expressing interest in. Once we receive payment from you, the animal will be considered as purchased by you. Until we receive payment or other considerations, all aniamsl remain "for sale." Sold aniamals will be updated as soon as possible on the site.
Payment is accepted through PayPal (jerry@farwaters.com) with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck. To offset the high fees charged by PayPal we charge 3% when using PayPal. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders, with a delay for clearing. We accept personal checks, but require 10-12 days to clear. We are open for discussion on discounts for large orders, and we do offer wholesale prices to qualified buyers. Please do not ask for a discount on small or single orders, as we take pride in our animals and offer pricing according to the quality.
