Far Waters Guarantee
We guarantee live delivery of all our insects within our shipping policy. Please read more about live delivery in "Shipping Procedures," but we will credit you for the cost of the insects if they not arrive alive (we do not credit for the cost of freight). It is very rare insects do not arrive alive and healthy. We also guarantee that every insect that leaves our facilities are of the quality described and free from any known illness or disease.
How We Care For Our Roaches
We breed our roaches in our leopard gecko room which means the temperature is 84°F during the day and 76°F during the night. The humidity is kept constant by running 2 humidifiers 24-hours a day. The roaches are separated into other containers as they begin to get crowded. We do not separate the nymphs from the adults and keep them in cereal substrate. We clean the containers every month by sterilizing them and adding fresh substrate.
WE DO NOT FEED OUR ROACHES TABLE SCRAPS. We feed them natural cereals such as oats and wheat, and fresh fruits and vegetables. We sometimes give them a treat such as childrens sugar cereals and snack foods such as tortilla chips and pretzels. We do not leave a water source in the containers but spray them every day with aged tap water.
